Elite Carpet Dry Cleaning is a dynamic and innovative organisation seeking a high-achieving Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth.
About the RoleWe are on the lookout for a motivated and confident professional with exceptional interpersonal skills to deepen our market presence.
This role is ideal for someone who excels at meeting targets, building strong client relationships and driving business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities to achieve growth objectives.
- Nurture relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with organisational goals.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer needs assessment to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare compelling proposals, tenders and customised client presentations.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, networking opportunities and client meetings.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline activity and market insights.
We require a candidate with:
- 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales or account management, preferably within cleaning, restoration or facilities industries.
- Excellent sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A strategic thinker able to identify and pursue opportunities.
- Results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel for client meetings.
