We are seeking a Strategic Consumer Growth Expert to lead our consumer growth initiatives, driving industry growth and enhancing customer experiences through innovative strategies.
This senior role will align consumer growth strategies across the organization, leveraging data and insights to develop and implement operational excellence, streamlined processes, and enhanced engagement.
In this pivotal role, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive membership and attendance growth.
- Leverage consumer engagement strategies, including customer journey mapping, to enhance the customer experience.
- Spearhead the development of mobile membership and ticketing solutions in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Pilot and iterate new membership, ticketing, and retail propositions to drive growth and innovation.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of leading growth initiatives, customer engagement, and process improvement in a consumer-focused environment.
- A strong understanding of consumer business processes and systems, ideally spanning membership, ticketing, customer engagement, and retail.
A great candidate will possess:
- Leadership experience, with a history of managing and developing teams or project groups.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively engage executive stakeholders and senior management.
