Job Summary:
A Senior Infrastructure Manager oversees the operation, validation and maintenance of facility infrastructure and equipment. Their role involves ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

This position requires effective management of maintenance programs, supervising activities to guarantee equipment operates properly and maintaining accurate records.

The candidate will perform periodic challenge tests to verify the facility and equipment respond as expected in case of an incident.

Additionally, they will generate reports to ensure proper documentation is maintained.

The Senior Infrastructure Manager will be responsible for managing calibration schedules, reviewing certificates and results to ensure facility instruments are calibrated within acceptable deviation ranges.

They will also investigate equipment incidents, identifying root causes to propose preventive actions.

The position involves proposing, planning and supervising implementation of facilities and equipment changes, ensuring change control and facility improvement.

Moreover, the candidate will review facility and equipment drawings and documentation to ensure accuracy.

They will conduct temperature mapping and write IQ/OQ/PQ/PR protocols and reports.

The Senior Infrastructure Manager will train other associates on facilities and equipment processes and operations.

Furthermore, they will work with vendors to acquire the best price and service for facility needs.

Additionally, the candidate will train staff and providers for authorized access to facility areas.

The position requires collaboration with other departments on design and use of equipment, fire prevention and safety programs.

The Senior Infrastructure Manager will inspect facilities to detect maintenance needs or potential accident and health hazards, recommending corrective or preventive measures.

Requirements:

  • Broad training in fields such as maintenance, business administration, computer sciences or similar vocations generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
  • Normally requires five (5) or more years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
  • Required Engineering degree or Technical vocational training.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Mandatory: Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing, strong organizational skills, excellent problem-solving skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to use good judgment and work independently.
  • Desirable: Commercial HVAC experience, electrical installation experience, building management system knowledge, cGMP or Clean Room experience.
