Inventory Management Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Retail Inventory Lead to join our team at Pillow Talk Fabric in Albury. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing our stockroom operations, ensuring accurate inventory levels, and maintaining a high level of stock integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing stock
- Develop and implement efficient stockroom processes to maximize productivity and minimize errors
- Lead and motivate a team of stockroom staff to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in inventory management and stockroom operations, preferably in a retail environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to lift and process products up to 20kg
