Job Overview

We are seeking a Technical Sales Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, AU. This role is instrumental in developing and driving business growth within the Analytical Instrumentation Laboratories sector.

Main Responsibilities
  • Achieve/exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by developing and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, adapting to their buying behaviour and profile.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to build opportunities and coordinate a company approach with customers.
  • Maximise customer-facing time, meet minimum time-in-field requirements, and maintain accurate customer records.
  • Identify new business opportunities, work with company resources to develop sales potential, and assist with demonstrations, trade shows, and other company-related activities.
