Front Desk Concierge

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Concierge to join our high rise residential market team. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling mail and parcels, maintaining records and reports, and performing front desk duties.
The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as advanced Microsoft Office and typing skills.
**Job Requirements:**
- Relevant previous reception or security experience;
- Advanced Microsoft Office and typing skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
**Work Arrangements:**
- Part-time hours: 16-40 per week;
- 8 hour shift schedule;
- Penalty rates applicable;
- Milsons Point, NSW 2061: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required).
**Language Skills:**
Australia (preferred). Schedule: We are looking for someone who can commit to regular shifts including working 7:30am to 3:30pm, 3:30pm to 11:30pm, and 11:30pm to 7:30am.
