About the Role

The St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our HOPE program. As a key member of our team, you will provide leadership and clinical support to both the team and consumers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services to meet the needs of consumers.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
  • Registration with AHPRA as a registered nurse and appropriate qualifications in Mental Health Nursing.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in mental health nursing.
  • Strong leadership and clinical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
