**Job Opportunity**

Goodstart is seeking a highly skilled Operations Partner to join their team.

The role will involve supporting the effective operational implementation of the core functions of the Thriving Teachers Program, with a key focus on leading the operationalisation of a new teacher mentoring role aimed at supporting Early Career teachers across Goodstart.

As a critical member of the Thriving Teachers Program, you will be responsible for driving strategic implementation to advance Thriving Teachers initiatives at Goodstart Early Learning, aligning services with core principles and tailored to teacher needs.

You will collaborate closely with program leads to evaluate strategies, analyse data, and foster cooperation across teacher programs for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with program leads to evaluate strategies, analyse data, and foster cooperation across teacher programs for continuous improvement
  • Establish and maintain operational strategy aligned with Goodstart's direction and KPIs
  • Lead implementation of operational structures for initiatives, including budgeting and evaluation
  • Cultivate strong internal relationships to ensure data relevance and promote organisational values

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and management skills, including attention to detail and ability to manage multiple sets of data for program administration
  • Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving with multiple stakeholders and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience supporting the management of budgets and reconciliation
  • Experience with data creation, management and working with data
