Key Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill shifts in a timely manner to minimize disruption to clients and maximize cost efficiency.
  • Manage staff queries regarding rosters and communicate changes effectively.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including run sheets, case notes, and rosters.
  • Plan roster activities in advance, including proactive approaches to future roster requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and reliable rosters, adhering to business procedures and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with legislative imperatives and WH&S policies, promoting a safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated high level of resilience, flexibility, and exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, apply lateral thinking, and 'think on your feet.'
  • Initiative, discipline in managing own workload, and a willingness to get the job done.
  • A commitment to providing a solutions-focused approach and attitude.
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Intermediate skills in the use of Client Information Management Systems such as AlayaCare.
  • Ability to obtain an NDIS workers screening card and working with children check.
  • Ability to obtain and pass a police check.
