This dynamic professional assists the Lead Visual Merchandiser in crafting visually appealing displays, aligning company goals with captivating designs, and implementing effective signage and interior displays.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and creating window displays that showcase products in an attractive manner
  • Collaborating with the managing team to develop strategies that highlight promotions, price changes, clearance, and holiday/seasonal needs
  • Implementing plan-o-grams to create, build, and display merchandise effectively
  • Creating displays that are innovative, on-trend, and visually appealing
  • Assisting in preparing new ideas and strategies for product launches

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and market trends
  • Customer-focused approach for positive customer experience and resolution
  • Previous experience in merchandising or related field (preferred)
