Visual Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to work with major supermarket chains across Sydney.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and enhancing in-store visual merchandising displays to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborating with store managers to develop effective point of sale strategies and displays.
  • Conducting regular stock audits and reconciliations, and resolving any discrepancies promptly.
  • Ensuring all display areas are clean and visually appealing, and that stock is displayed attractively.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to store managers and area managers.

This is an opportunity to work independently, manage your own schedule and earn a travel and technology allowance. If you have prior retail or merchandising experience, it's highly advantageous but not essential.

Key Requirements:

  • Able to work early mornings (6am)
  • Own reliable car is essential
  • Well presented with a flair for creativity
  • Reliable and physically fit
