Job Description

As a senior-level Appian professional, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the successful implementation of Appian-based solutions. This position requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic consulting skills, and leadership abilities to ensure that projects are delivered with excellence and align with our clients' business objectives.

  • Solution Design: Lead the design of Appian applications by understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Consulting: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic recommendations and roadmaps to maximize the value of Appian investments.
  • Leadership: Mentor junior developers and consultants, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Delivery Management: Oversee the delivery of end-to-end Appian implementations, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met, to delight customers and ensure our commitment to high-quality outcomes.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and value-driven insights.
  • Innovation: Stay abreast of new Appian features and industry trends, incorporating them into solutions to enhance client outcomes.


Key Responsibilities
  • Design scalable and efficient Appian applications that meet business needs.
  • Provide strategic recommendations and roadmaps to clients to maximize the value of Appian investments.
  • Mentor junior developers and consultants, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with best practices.
  • Oversee the delivery of end-to-end Appian implementations, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in mathematics or a technical field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of experience in technology delivery, business analytics, or consulting, including at least 2 years in a lead or client-facing role.
  • Consulting Skills: Proven ability to work with clients to gather requirements, define solutions, and manage expectations effectively.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading teams in technical environments.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and recommend effective solutions.
