Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver a warm welcome to guests, setting the tone for their stay.
  • Acknowledge IHG Rewards Club members and returning guests, enhancing their sense of belonging.
  • Take, manage, and receive payments for guest bookings, ensuring seamless transactions.
  • Streamline check-in and check-out processes, minimizing wait times and maximizing efficiency.
  • Anticipate and meet guest needs, offering personalized recommendations and exceeding expectations.
  • Serve as a trusted contact, assisting with issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a Front Office position or with Opera (PMS), demonstrating your ability to adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, turning challenges into opportunities and consistently delivering results.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and Public Holidays, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to meeting business needs.
  • Fluency in the local language, facilitating effective communication with guests and colleagues.
  • Literate and tech-savvy, with a strong foundation in computer skills and software applications.
