Australian Defence Support Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to provide operational support to Australian Defence Force personnel and their families.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of clinical operations by providing key business services support.
- Develop strategic partnerships with internal stakeholders to manage vendor contracts and associated priorities.
- Represent the Reporting & Data Management section in meetings and workshops to ensure reporting requirements remain a priority.
- Prepare regular reports, briefs, and updates to senior leadership on risk mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with the Reporting Team to address data quality issues and improve reporting processes.
- Coordinate and document the management and mitigation of risks.
- Oversee risks associated with the case management system.
- Negotiate with vendors and internal parties regarding business, cyber, and legal risks.
The ideal candidate will possess exceptional stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. They will be able to identify, analyze, manage, monitor, and improve stakeholder relations to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
