About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Burwood. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the construction industry.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a strong pipeline of qualified professionals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry networks, educational institutions, and professional organizations.
  • Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best recruitment practices.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to continually improve the hiring process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruiting software.
  • Ability to work full-time, 5 days a week, in our Burwood office.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
