About the RoleThe HR Manager will play a critical role in supporting the business's HR strategy, providing leadership and guidance across all human resource functions. This includes talent management, employment relations, employee engagement, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- HR Leadership: Provide strategic HR guidance to align business objectives with the People strategy.
- Business Partnership: Support Business Department leaders with HR impact analysis and cost management.
- Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process and develop targeted learning and development programs.
- Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement through reward and recognition programs.
- Core HR Programs: Oversee KPI setting, performance management, and succession planning.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal and state legislation, including award interpretation and payroll.
- HR Systems: Manage HR systems and maintain accurate employee records.
- Experienced HR Manager with a focus on talent management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proven ability to translate strategic HR objectives into operational plans.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Approachable, flexible, and able to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with Awards and industrial relations is highly desirable.
