We are currently establishing a talent acquisition pool to address upcoming ongoing and temporary positions within the Estate Management sector over the next 18 months.
Location and FlexibilityThis role offers the flexibility to work in various locations including regional, rural, and metropolitan areas of NSW, with arrangements subject to negotiation.
Salary and BenefitsThe position is classified as Clerk Grade 3/4, with a base salary ranging from $79,032 to $86,539 per annum, in addition to superannuation and annual leave loading.

Team OverviewThe Estate Management division is responsible for making financial and legal decisions for individuals who are unable to do so independently. This division ensures high-quality financial management services through:
- Customer Foundation: Focused on onboarding new clients.
- Customer Independence and Support: Aiding clients in developing strategies for financial independence.
- Private Management: Overseeing privately appointed financial managers.
- Proactive Customer Management: Engaging with clients for complex estate management.
As a Client Service Officer in Estate Management, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing strategies and making decisions to manage client finances.
- Engaging with clients to assess their financial needs and aspirations.
- Processing third-party payments on behalf of clients.
- Collaborating with various divisions and external stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A passion for supporting individuals with disabilities and vulnerable populations.
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clients.
- Strong collaborative abilities to foster working relationships.
- Understanding of the key services and client base of NSW Trustee and Guardian.
- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
- Willingness to have communications monitored for quality assurance and training.
