About the Opportunity
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences while ensuring seamless account administration.

The position involves cultivating a profound understanding of client needs and circumstances to effectively address trust management requirements. You will collaborate with specialist teams to support service delivery, enhance business processes, and improve client satisfaction.

Your key responsibilities will include serving as the primary point of contact, ensuring compliance, and contributing to client success.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
You will bring strong client management, problem-solving, compliance knowledge, fiduciary expertise, communication skills, and negotiation skills to the role.

About You
We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 3 years' experience in charities/NFP legislative environments, experience working in client-centric businesses, fiduciary knowledge, risk and compliance awareness in Financial Services, sound problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as excellent client and stakeholder management skills.
