Exceptional Client Service: Deliver outstanding support to clients with up to 6 weeks of leave and a flexible work environment.
We are part of a leading financial services company with three distinct businesses: Asset Management, Wealth Management and Corporate Trust.
The role of a Trust Manager is crucial in ensuring clients receive exceptional service while administering accounts efficiently and complying with business guidelines. This involves introducing specialists to support client needs and providing timely support to internal and external stakeholders.
About the Role:
- Act as the primary point of contact for accounts and provide timely and accurate support to stakeholders
- E nsure accounts are administered efficiently and effectively, meeting legislative and compliance requirements
- Contribute to high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving skills
- Support the team during peak periods and staff absences
- Identify opportunities for referral and new revenue growth, such as Not for Profit business development
About You:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in charities or NFP legislative environments (desired)
- Experience working in a client-centric business environment
- Fiduciary knowledge and understanding of risk and compliance obligations
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
