With a strong passion for food safety and cleanliness, we are seeking a diligent Kitchen Operations Assistant to join our team at Sea World Resort.

Job Description

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene in the kitchen by ensuring all equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitised regularly
  • Assist in receiving, storing and preparing ingredients while adhering to strict food safety guidelines
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service delivery during peak periods
  • Participate in daily cleaning schedules and maintain overall kitchen appearance

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment, preferably in a similar role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of food safety regulations and good hygiene practices
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a fast-paced team and adapt to changing priorities
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
