The Role
In this role, you will inspire your team to achieve excellence in every customer interaction and across all store operations. You will lead, drive, develop, and motivate your team to maximize store profitability, exceed budgets & targets, achieve operational efficiency, and grow our business. We prioritize time, tasks and processes for the best return on investment.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
You coach and inspire your team to create exceptional customer experiences that build loyalty to our brand and your store. This includes:
- Leading with a customer first mindset
- Nurturing a strong and positive culture where everyone is valued, recognized, and enabled to succeed through feedback, coaching, training, and recognition
- Attracting, recruiting and developing top talent for your store
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
You drive your stores' performance and deliver results by analyzing data and reports to identify opportunities and mitigate risks in sales, inventory and operations.
