As a senior area manager, you will lead performance, culture, and customer experience across your region.

You will balance strategy and pace with real presence in-store, managing performance while supporting teams through challenges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach Store Managers to create warm, values-led store cultures
  • Own your area's performance, supporting teams to meet KPIs and elevate the customer experience
  • Guide team development through regular feedback, on-the-ground coaching, and clear direction
  • Manage competing priorities and keep things moving without losing sight of what matters
About You
  • Experience as a senior multi-site leader in retail (or similar fast-paced environment)
  • Confident managing performance, but people are always starting point
  • Empathetic leadership style, communicates clearly, creates space for feedback and growth
  • Thrives in pace and unpredictability of retail, knows how to stay calm under pressure
