Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Injury Coordinator to manage administrative tasks associated with workers compensation claims, certificates, payments, and internal reporting.

About the Role: As an Administrative Injury Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate management of administrative tasks, maintaining compliance with internal systems, audit protocols, and South Australia's self-insurance scheme. Your role will involve working closely across teams to support injury management and ensure seamless claims processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative tasks associated with workers compensation claims, certificates, payments, and internal reporting
  • Maintain compliance with internal systems, audit protocols, and South Australia's self-insurance scheme

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Experience in administrative functions, preferably within HR, insurance, or workplace safety
  • Solid understanding of workers compensation processes
