Full Time - Senior Property Manager

A fantastic opportunity exists to join a modern & friendly team of professionals in Oakleigh.

You will be working alongside a team of experienced, vibrant, professional and capable staff, all with solid real estate experience. This role will give you a great opportunity to progress your career within a premium brand.

The Role:

  • Portfolio located in Oakleigh
  • Tenant and landlord liaison
  • Preparing detailed asset plans, budgets and financial reports
  • Arrears
  • VCAT representation
  • Business development
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays with time in lieu
  • Lease renewal and rent reviews
  • Maintenance requests
  • New lease agreements
  • Routine inspections

Key Skills/Qualifications Include:

  • Passionate about a long-term career in the property management sector
  • Immaculately presented and confident character
  • 4 + years' experience Assisting/Managing a residential portfolio
  • Proven ability managing a residential portfolio-
  • Up to date Agent Rep & Valid driver's license
