Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Marketing & Communications and be responsible for managing our digital presence, including our website and social media platforms, optimizing our SEO strategies, and executing targeted digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Website and Social Media Management: Oversee the day-to-day management and updates of the NOVONIX website and social media platforms.
  • SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement best practices to improve organic search rankings.
  • Google AdWords Management: Develop, execute, and manage Google AdWords campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.
  • Email Marketing: Create, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns that align with NOVONIX's goals.
  • Digital Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Press Release and Disclosure Support: Collaborate with the team to support the distribution of press releases and disclosures.
  • Agency Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact with NOVONIX's Digital Agency, ensuring alignment on strategy, goals, and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proficiency in website management, SEO, Google AdWords, and social media platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative.
  • Well organized and invested in the details.
  • Resourceful when it comes to solving problems.
  • A critical thinker able to manage complex information.
  • Savvy with social media.
  • Strategic.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the energy or manufacturing sectors and/or B2B.
  • Experience working with external agencies.
  • Knowledge of content management systems (i.e. WordPress CMS).
  • Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, and/or SproutSocial.
