Strategic Business Solutions Professional

We are seeking a Strategic Business Solutions Professional to play a key role in our digital transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scope business requirements for an Agile ICT program
  • Lead requirements gathering, modelling, and stakeholder engagement according to approved standards
  • Collaborate on user story creation, backlog refinement, and DevOps processes
  • Support product managers, product owners, and delivery teams with analysis and guidance
  • Build positive relationships across teams, fostering engagement and communication
  • Support organisational change and business process alignment through requirements definition
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Agile analysis for complex digital transformation projects
  • Strong stakeholder negotiation, consultation, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of predictive and adaptive requirements approaches for competing priorities
  • Proficiency with BPMN, UML, and other requirements notations, including traceability methods
  • Ability to represent and mentor Product Owners and guide delivery teams
  • Experience establishing and reporting on measurable requirements quality and completeness

Bonus points for immediate or short-term availability, consulting background, experience in business or digital transformation, particularly in regulatory environments, familiarity with CRM or case management solutions, and experience in design and build workflow technologies.
