About the Role:

This role is designed for an individual who can provide empathetic and personal care to residents in a part-time capacity. The position involves working 14 hours per week on Monday and Tuesday, offering flexibility for candidates with varied schedules.

Duties:
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and hygiene across all areas of the facility.
  • Clean patient rooms, bathrooms, communal spaces, and living areas to ensure a clean and comfortable environment.
  • Accurately complete required documentation and reporting tasks.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to the broader team as needed, including laundry and catering duties.
Requirements:
  • A Certificate III in Hospitality is highly regarded, but not essential.
  • Experience in aged care is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and Outcomes.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts throughout the week is a must.
