Advantaged Care at Barden Lodge is our beautiful boutique 62 bed aged care residence located in Barden Ridge (Sutherland Area). The residence brings an unprecedented level of affordable luxury to Aged Care and is designed to create an inviting, comfortable, calm and peaceful environment for our residents and families to enjoy.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our Barden Lodge team on a part time basis, 20 hours per week.

**The shifts are currently**:
**Mondays: 7.30am - 1pm.**
**Tuesday's to Thursday's: 8.30am - 2pm**

**About the role**:
As the Maintenance Assistant, you will assist the Group Maintenance Manager with the day-to-day upkeep preventative / reactive maintenance of the facility (i.e., Grounds, building, fittings and equipment) through our electronic maintenance system. You will ensure a safe, clean facility that promotes person centred care for our residents.

- Equivalent industry experience in a similar role desirable
- Self-motivated with an ability to work on their own and as part of a team
- Good organisation skills and ability to prioritise work load to meet deadlines
