We are seeking two reliable and caring Bus Drivers / General Hands to join our team, providing safe, comfortable, and enjoyable transport services for residents across three of our aged care facilities in Mortdale, Blakehurst, and Bexley.

About the Role

  • Safely drive residents to and from outings, appointments, and community activities.
  • Ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of residents during all transport.
  • Keep the bus clean, well-presented, and roadworthy, promptly reporting any maintenance issues.
  • Work collaboratively with staff at all facilities to coordinate schedules and support residents.
  • Assist with general duties as required, showing flexibility and a proactive approach.
  • Be available for occasional evening or weekend events (e.g. Vivid outings).

About You

  • Current Light Rigid Driver's Licence.
  • Bus Driver Authority from Transport NSW.
  • Minimum 1 year experience driving a bus or transporting passengers (aged care or community transport experience desirable).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and respectful manner.
  • Ability to assist and interact positively with residents and their families.
  • Flexible and willing to work across multiple facilities.
  • Available to work Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with some flexibility for special occasions.
