About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Services Manager to lead our Client Services team in Perth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality front-end practice management support, team collaboration, and program development.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and leadership skills, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. You will be a team player, committed to delivering high-quality services and supporting the values of Respect, Excellence, Celebration, Compassion, Acceptance, and Professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of Client Services and administration staff in the Perth Office.
  • Provide high-quality front-end practice management support and team collaboration.
  • Develop and implement programs to improve client services and outcomes.
  • Work effectively with stakeholders and service teams to identify and develop new content and resources.
  • Ensure the office environment is maintained in a clean, organized, and presentable manner at all times.

Requirements:

  • Qualification in Business or equivalent and relevant experience in an administration leadership role (3-5 years).
  • A high level of verbal and written communication and reporting skills and advanced interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to undertake responsibility for various client service activities, including client bookings, reception, and data and file management when required.
