Store Team Member - Cleaning and Trolley Collection

We are a dynamic team of retail professionals working together to deliver exceptional customer experiences across our stores in Australia.

This role is crucial in ensuring customers feel safe and welcome in our stores. As a Store Team Member responsible for Cleaning and Trolley Collection, you will work through a checklist of cleaning tasks, using various equipment and products to maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the store.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning floors, shelving, equipment, and team rooms to ensure a hygienic environment
  • Collecting trolleys from around the store and carpark in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness while working autonomously indoors and outdoors

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a strong work ethic
