Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a Customer Experience Ambassador who will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer interactions across our stores. This dynamic individual will ensure that every customer encounter is positive, helpful, and memorable.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to queries, resolving issues, and making recommendations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve store objectives and support team members as needed.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on promotions and offers.
- Collect trolleys from around the store, car park, and surrounding areas to ensure a clean and safe environment.
- Perform other tasks as required to meet business needs.
