We are seeking an enthusiastic and engaging individual to join our sales team as a Festive Sales Ambassador. This role involves creating memorable shopping experiences for kids and teens by demonstrating a unique ability to connect with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain brand standards through presentation consistency, visual merchandising, stock management, and cleaning.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar retail or customer service role.
  • The ability to retain technical product knowledge and demonstrate a larger-than-life personality to confidently connect with customers.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Availability:

Must have full availability to work throughout November to January, including extended trade, weekends, and Public Holidays. May also be required to work across multiple stores within a designated geographical area.
