Job Title: Case Management Specialist
\This role involves managing, coordinating and undertaking the assessment of information provided to develop, deliver and review programs, functions and services.

- Coordinate and manage the initial assessment of cases, prioritizing them and convening the triage panel as required.\
- Seek and manage inquiries, complaints and reports from various stakeholders and sources, ensuring proactive management and coordination.\
- Provide expert advice on the development and maintenance of frameworks related to case management.\
- Review operational performance against agreed benchmarks and prepare relevant reporting.\
- Maintain confidentiality, discretion and impartiality in handling sensitive information and cases, adhering to security clearances as required.\
- Work primarily in an office environment with occasional travel for meetings, hearings or site visits.\
Requirements:

- Expertise in case management and a strong understanding of investigation principles.\
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.\
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders.\
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.\
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.\
- Security clearance will be required for this position.\
