**Job Summary:** AWS Global Services is comprised of experts who aid clients in designing, building, operating, and securing their cloud environments.

Clients leverage various services including AWS Professional Services, AWS Training and Certification, AWS Support and Managed Services, and AWS Security Assurance Services to achieve their objectives.

The team boasts expertise in AWS Partners, AWS Sovereign Cloud, AWS International Product, and the Generative AI Innovation Center.

You will join a diverse group of technical experts in dozens of countries who help customers realize their full potential with the AWS cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop support strategies by working backwards from customer needs, delivering expert advice on AWS services, and assisting with project launches and operational issues.
  • Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while minimizing cost and complexity.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their business requirements and technical challenges.
  • Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management using technical acumen and customer obsession.
  • Consult with partners ranging from developers to C-suite executives.
  • Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers.
  • Identify opportunities for customers to derive additional value from AWS through proactive engagement.
  • Conduct detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and prelaunch planning.
  • Pursue post-sales, consultative expertise within the Enterprise Support team.
  • Solve complex problems as customers migrate workloads to the cloud.
  • Enhance customer capabilities through workshops and brown bag sessions.
