Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join our team at Engage Personnel.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Liaising with clients, the ATO, and ASIC to ensure seamless communication and compliance.
  • Scheduling client appointments and responding to client enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Preparing client correspondence, including letters and reports, to a high standard.
  • Maintaining and updating software systems with client information to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collating financial statements and tax returns for clients, ensuring all requirements are met.
  • Providing reception cover when required, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
  • Performing other general administrative duties as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of our office.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar administration role, with proficiency in using ASIC Portals, MYOB AE, and Fuse Docs.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to assist clients.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
