Training & Assessment Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and delivering engaging, structured training programs.
  • Conducting assessments across multiple locations.
  • Continuously updating training content to industry and Defence standards.
  • Upholding Security Protocols and promoting inclusive learning.
  • Ensuring fair, validated assessment outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent experience.
  • Proven expertise in Explosive Ordnance or related fields.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in Defence or logistics is highly desirable.
