About This Opportunity

As a dedicated Support Professional, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing personalized support that meets the unique needs of each person.

Key Responsibilities

The specific duties you will undertake will be determined in collaboration with the individual or their family. This may include:

  • Providing hands-on care and assistance with daily living tasks
  • Accompanying individuals to appointments and activities
  • Supporting individuals in pursuing their interests and hobbies

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in aged care, mental health support, personal care, or community services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
