Job Opportunity

A construction site operative is responsible for operating equipment and performing tasks on a construction site.

Main Responsibilities
  • Safely operate machinery to load, unload and move materials around the construction site.
  • Transport building materials such as pallets, steel, concrete and other construction supplies.
  • Maintain machinery including fuelling and reporting any issues.
Additional Tasks
  • Assist with receiving and distributing materials to designated areas on-site.
  • Help with loading and unloading delivery trucks.
  • Organise materials in storage areas for easy access.
  • Site Labour: Perform tasks such as digging, lifting and carrying materials.
Requirements
  • Valid certification for operating machinery is required.
  • Construction safety training.
  • Relevant health and safety certification.
