About the Role

We are seeking a Seasonal Concierge Team Member to join our team at Westfield Chermside. As a Concierge Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a magical experience for our customers during the festive season.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional service to customers and retailers, ensuring a 5-star experience.
  • Promote and sell Westfield Gift Cards and other services, providing convenient solutions to customers.
  • Welcome guests at the concierge desk, engaging with them to understand their needs and provide helpful directions and advice.
  • Support the marketing team with festive events and surprise-and-delight moments.
What We're Looking For
  • A customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional service.
  • Confidence in providing assistance in a busy retail setting.
  • Availability to work shifts from October to February, including late-night, weekend, and public holiday trading.
