Concierge Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Concierge to join our team at Allianz Australia Services Pty Ltd. As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for clients, customers, and employees, providing a seamless experience and ensuring that all inquiries, visitors, and deliveries are managed in accordance with security procedures and customer service expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, customers, and employees, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Manage and facilitate all meeting room requests and bookings, including setup and reset for corporate events.
  • Maintain up-to-date internal and external contact lists, ensuring provider agreements and organisational structure and employee changes are current and correct.
  • Provide ad hoc facilities management support, including closing maintenance tickets, reporting building issues, and ordering office supplies.

About You:

  • Previous experience in hospitality front-of-house, guest services, or a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A well-presented professional with strong customer service skills, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and AV systems, with an aptitude to learn other software applications as required.
