Job Title: Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking passionate professionals to support individuals on their journey to mental wellness and community integration.
We provide a range of recovery-orientated services, therapy programs, and educative initiatives to consumers, family, and carers during periods of admission.
Our team collaborates with community mental health services, non-government organizations, and other systems of support and care.
The purpose of our program is to offer psychosocial support and rehabilitation activities in the least restrictive environment possible, enabling transition to community living and supporting individual recovery.
Mental Health Rehabilitation Specialists will perform non-clinical, psychosocial rehabilitation supports in conjunction with clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities- Provide non-clinical, psychosocial rehabilitation supports to consumers

- Develop and maintain relationships with community resources and services
