Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Construction Estimator to join our team in Sydney.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimation, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality estimates and managing teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile accurate and detailed estimates for clients and projects across various sectors.
  • Lead and manage a team of estimators, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and implement effective estimating strategies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, operations, and project management, to ensure seamless communication and alignment.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in construction estimation, with a strong focus on commercial, industrial, or civil infrastructure projects.
  • Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and achieving exceptional results.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
