**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our team for a project based in Castle Hill. As a Senior Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing site activities under the construction program to ensure the project is delivered safely, to the highest quality standard, on time, and within budget.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop overall site program in conjunction with the Project Manager
  • Monitor, coordinate, and manage the construction and resource schedule
  • Investigate and recommend better efficiencies in the construction processes
  • Manage and coach staff effectively by conducting regular meetings
  • Maintain overall quality assurance while ensuring building compliance
  • Manage day-to-day site control of the project
  • Maintain professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, relevant authorities, delegates, and consultants

**Requirements:**

  • Certificate IV in Building and Construction or relevant qualifications
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a similar position
  • Computer literate in word processing, Excel, programming, and ACONEX or other document control software
  • White Card and Driver's license
  • Knowledge of the Building Codes and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
