Exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join our client, a leading Australian construction company.

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage site activities and ensure the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standard.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the site program, coordinating and managing the construction schedule, and ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.

You will also be responsible for maintaining overall quality assurance, managing day-to-day site control, and maintaining professional relationships with clients, subcontractors, and authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Skills & Experience:

Must hold a Certificate IV in Building and Construction or relevant qualifications

Must have a minimum of three years' experience in a similar position

Be computer literate in word processing, Excel, programming, and document control software

Hold a White Card and Driver's license

Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Strong attention to detail
