Job Title: Intake Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Intake Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical part in the intake and referral processing of offenders across the state who have been convicted of sexual, violent, and general offences.

Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate the processing of clinical referrals and activities associated with the intake process. You will work closely with management and clinical staff to ensure a robust and streamlined intake function that supports the effective delivery of clinical services to offenders across the state.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operational environments and the ability to organize others to work effectively, responding to changes, implementing responses, and providing analysis and suggestions for improvements to support decision-making.

About the Role
  • Coordinate the processing of clinical referrals and activities associated with the intake process
  • Work closely with management and clinical staff to ensure a robust and streamlined intake function
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in a similar role or industry
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
