Job Responsibilities- Develop detailed plans for mechanical work scope execution.
- Evaluate bids and offers to select the best option.
- Coordinate mobilization, demobilization, and site documentation.
- Develop health, safety, and environment plans with responsible personnel.
- Provide technical guidance to site teams and facilitate clarification with engineering teams.
- Participate in design review meetings to ensure field-related considerations are met.
- Prepare work packages for subcontractors.
- Support short- and medium-term work planning.
- Review data quality in construction management software.
- Identify and document scope deviations, risks, and opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Strong project management skills with a focus on health, safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
- Prior experience in supervising Balance of Plant (BoP) installation in large hydroelectric power projects or similar industries.
- Technical expertise in hydroelectric power BoP equipment.
- Familiarity with construction project management best practices.
- Collaborative team player with a customer- and people-oriented approach.
- Proactive mindset to anticipate challenges.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software.
