About the Position
The Liaison Officer is responsible for managing incoming tasks for the certification team. This includes triaging tasks, contacting customers, and assisting officers.
This position ensures efficient service delivery, aligning with our Community Strategic Plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and undertake follow-up inspections for Building Information Certificates, Pool Compliance Certificates, and Roads Act approvals.
- Triage tasks and contact customers to meet established service levels.
- Assist officers as needed.
Requirements
- A relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in certification services.
- Experience in Roads Act Approvals (Dining).
- Detailed knowledge of development pathways, including regulatory frameworks.
- Expert knowledge of systems and experience training others.
