Job Description:
Crown Resorts is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join its dynamic team. This role will play a key part in shaping the future of Crown Resorts by ensuring the attraction and hiring of top talent across various hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for a high-volume portfolio of hospitality roles.
  • Attract, engage, and place top talent to support operational excellence.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including advertising, screening, assessments, interviews, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to provide expert guidance and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Take a proactive approach to sourcing and talent pooling to meet future workforce needs.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in volume recruitment, ideally within a large complex organisation or internal TA function.
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering outstanding service through people.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence and advise hiring leaders.
  • A proactive mindset with demonstrated success in sourcing and pipelining talent.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.
