We are seeking a skilled professional to play a vital role in helping injured workers return to work and supporting their employers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized face-to-face assistance to workers and employers, providing workers' compensation advice, conducting community visits, and proactively achieving the optimum outcome of recovery and early sustainable return to work.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized support to workers and employers
  • Provide expert advice on workers' compensation
  • Conduct regular community visits to workplaces and medical clinics
  • Achieve optimal outcomes for injured workers
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth return-to-work processes

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong knowledge and experience in rehabilitation and return-to-work principles
  • Tertiary studies in Allied Health or a related field
  • Allied Health background with understanding of medical terminology and injury recovery timeframes
  • Knowledge of NSW workers' compensation legislation and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
